Shipping policy

We are pleased to let you know we now offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates are variable due to location - please proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address for an accurate price.

Delivery Time: Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages have been handed over to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected. We are not responsible for any shipping delays/issues you may have once these have been given to Royal Mail.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During promotional or sale periods, Please kindly allow up to 5-8 business days to dispatch your order.

Shipping Methods: Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail with your selected shipping at checkout.

International Orders: Please be aware that international orders may incur additional duties, taxes, or VAT charges upon delivery, depending on the regulations of your country. We are not responsible for those charges.

We are unable to take responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed, including where photographic or GPS evidence is provided by the courier.

If a parcel is believed to be missing, we will assist in opening an investigation with the courier in line with their claims process.
